Refund policy

At CURVED HANDLE LLC, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return, provided they are in resellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, including personal care products and ingestible items (such as the Everyday Beauty Gummies), are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, please email info@ordercurved.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be securely packaged.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. After your refund is processed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

We do not accept international returns at this time.
