Refund policy

At CURVED HANDLE LLC, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Certain items, including personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, please email info@ordercurved.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be securely packaged.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

We do not accept international returns at this time.
